We’ve done our job if you feel at ease upon meeting your chef and comfortable inviting them into your home. We take the trust you place in us seriously, and we are very careful about who we hire – even if it means not always having enough chefs to meet demand! Our hiring process includes multiple interviews, an in-person cooking interview, professional reference checks, and a background check. Our active chefs become trusted long-term support for the families they cook for, often coming to cook while the house is empty and everyone is out and about.
