The Squeeze

There's a chapter of life nobody really warns you about - the one where everything starts asking for you at once. Kids who need you, a career that’s all-consuming, parents who are starting to need something too, relationships and friendships and a body that all want more time than there is.

It isn't you. It's structural. The demands of this stage genuinely exceed what one person can carry.

You can't make this season shorter. But you can make it lighter - by handing off what you can, and being kind to yourself.
